DAY 01 DELHI - LEH
Upon arrival in Leh Kai representative will assist at the airport & transfer to the respective hotel. Rest of the day at leisure for acclimatization. Overnight at hotel.

DAY 02 LEH
After breakfast depart for sightseeing of Spituk & Phyang Monastery there is a possibility to see a traditional Ladakhi House in Phyang and have typical Ladakhi tea called Gud Gud Chai after visit return to hotel. Afternoon visit Leh bazaar & Palace, on your own may be & a short climb to Leh palace, after visiting return to hotel for overnight.

DAY 03 LEH
After breakfast day tour of Shey, Thiksey & Hemis Monasteries after visit return to hotel for overnight.

DAY 04 LEH – DELHI
Early morning Kai representative will assist at the hotel and provide transfer to the airport to connect domestic flight to report at Leh airport for your flight to any of the above mentioned destinations.

Services Included:
Upon arrival transfer from airport to hotel,
Accommodation in Ladakh region on Half board basis
All transfers & sightseeing in Ladakh in Non Air Conditioned vehicle
Vehicle will remain with you as per the programme

Services Not Included:
Any airfare domestic or international
Any tips / gratuity
Any guide during sightseeing only
Any Monument entrance fees
Any porterage in hotels & airports
Any table drinks alcoholic or non-alcoholic.
Any taxes levied by the government in future will have to be paid.
Any camera fee in the monuments
Any extra running of the vehicle over & above prescribed kms or hours
The difference will be collected directly in Leh
Any insurance of baggage, medical, & life
Any extra meals / sight-seeing unless specified.
Any expense incurred due to any unforeseen circumstances political or natural such as riots, strikes, floods, storms road blockade, delay or cancellation of domestic flights government policies etc.

IMPORTANT NOTE: -
Minimum 25% of the tour cost is to be remitted in our account before we start making any ground arrangements for the respective tour, balance amount payment to be made in full and final prior to you departure to respective destination all payments to be made in Kai Travels office New Delhi, Please note we need your names as in your passports along with the date of birth. The tour offer does not confirm hotel bookings or any other arrangements, when the offer is accepted and confirmed from your end, we shall start making the necessary arrangements. In the event the hotels that are included in the quotation do not confirm space, the quotation is subject to change based on new hotel/s.
The vehicle will be only with your during respective programme as per above detail itinerary. In case one wishes to use the vehicle for extra hours or kms will have to pay directly in respective city. Please note there are fixed timings to cross Army Check Point (TCP) while driving to Pangongtso /Khardungla/ Nubra / Tsemorari. Hence, please abide by the timings as per the local information in Leh instead of depending on the other travellers. Kai representative will inform you accordingly about the latest timings of TCP.
No refunds are made incase pax do not utilize meals, sightseeing or any other service as per our tour programmed contract Please note KAI has right to change or cancel sightseeing due to any natural or political reason as the safety of our clients is of utmost importance to us.

Flight: -
Flights to Leh are subject to weather incase of cancellation no transfers or hotel accommodation will be paid by the airlines it has
to be taken care on your own.

Vehicle: -
All the sightseeing’s are within respective mileage & timings. The vehicle will remain with you as per mentioned programme within prescribed period incase of any extra hours or kms one wishes to keep the vehicle will have to pay directly in Leh. Usually all the excursions are from 0900-1700 hrs and city sightseeing limit is from 0900-1300 half day is 4 hours & full day 8 hours for the vehicle, all sightseeing’s are within respective mileage & timings incase one wishes to have the vehicle for extra hours or kilometers will have to pay directly in Leh as the case may be.

Airport: -
Upon arrival at Leh Airport please collect your luggage and  leave the Airport  terminal outside Kai rep will be waiting to welcome you and  provide departure transfer to  your respective accommodation

CANCELLATION POLICIES: -
Cancellation policy comes into immediate effect immediately once the Traveller/ Agent/ Organizer India OR Abroad has confirmed the tour to us via e-mail or fax. No refunds are made incase pax do not utilize meals, sightseeing or any other service as per our tour programme contract Please note KAI has right to change or cancel sightseeing due to any natural or political reason as the safety of our clients is of utmost importance to us.
