DAY 01 INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT - DELHI
Upon arrival in Delhi International airport Kai representative will welcome, assist and provide transfer to respective hotel for immediate occupancy.

DAY 02 DELHI - SRINAGAR
Kai rep will provide transfer in time for your domestic flight to Srinagar upon arrival upon arrival welcome assistance & transfer from Airport to Deluxe houseboat on Dal Lake. Afternoon Boat ride also known as Shikara on Dal after ride lake return to your respective accommodation for overnight.

DAY 03 SRINAGAR
Morning sightseeing of Shankracharya, Mughal gardens Chashma-I Shahi (the royal spring) Nishat garden & Shalimar garden (abode of love) Afternoon at lesiure/Shikara ride for two hours on the Dal Lake on direct payment basis.

DAY 04 SRINAGAR
Early morning visit of Floating vegetable market, return to houseboat after breakfast depart for sightseeing of Old City of Srinagar followed by Jama Masjid or Hazratbal Mosque. Afternoon visit Avantipur ruins. Meals & overnight in houseboat.

DAY 05 SRINAGAR - KARGIL 202 KMS.
Early in the morning depart for Kargil driving via Sonemarg (meadow of gold) Zojila pass at the altitude of 3800 meters & Drass the second coldest Village in the world after Siberia. Upon arrival check into respective accommodation for overnight.

DAY 06 KARGIL - LEH 232 KMS.
Morning depart for Leh driving over Namika-la 3800 meters & Fatu-la pass at 4000 meters enroute visit Mulbekh statue of future Buddha & Lamayuru Monastery after visit drive to Leh.Upon arrive check into respective hotel.

DAY 07 LEH
Morning visit Sabu monastery,SOS children's village,& Stok Palace after visit, return to hotel. Afternoon walk to Leh Palace after visit one is
free to walk around in Leh market. Overnight in Hotel.

DAY 08 LEH
After breakfast full day tour of Shey,Thiksey & Hemis monastery.Evening at leisure meals & overnight in hotel.

Day 09 LEH
After breakfast depart for full day sightseeing of Likir, Phyang & Spituk Monastery after visit return to hotel for overnight.

DAY 10 LEH-PANGONGTSO 125 KMS 5 HRS
Morning depart for Pangongtso lake it’s a massive lake 75% of the lake water is in China and 25% on Indian side of the border upon arrival check into camp and explore the area. Overnight in Camp.

DAY 11 PANGONGTSO-LEH
Morning depart for Leh upon arrival check into hotel for overnight.

DAY 12 LEH-DELHI
Kai representative will assist & provide transfer to the airport in time toconnect flight to Delhi. Upon arrival check into the respective Hotel. Evening at leisure for personal activities. Overnight at hotel.

DAY 13 DELHI
A day is reserved in Delhi as Leh flight are subject to weather. Optional Delhi sightseeing combined visiting Jama Masjid & Chandi Chowk in old Delhi followed by India Gate, Parliament Building, President’s House & Qutab Minar return to your respective accommodation for overnight.

DAY 14 DELHI - BACK HOME
Kai representative will assist & provide transfer to the airport in time to connect flight to Delhi. Upon arrival in Delhi assistance & transfer will be provide to the respective hotel.
Delhi-Leh-Delhi flights’are subject to weather.
Best season to travel from May-October.

Any change in the tour itinerary due to political/ natural reasons no refund all extras to be borne by the clients.
Any expense incurred due to any unforeseen circumstances political or natural such as riots, strikes, floods, storms road blockade, delay or cancellation of flights / train, government policies etc.
Please note in case of any increase in fuel charges or any extra tax levied by the government will have to be borne by the client before the commencement of tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES:-
FLIGHT Delhi-Leh-Delhi flights’ are subject to weather. Incase of cancellation of flight the airlines does not provide any accommodation this has to be borne by the client on direct payment basis, The airlines just refund the money for the air tickets in full.

AIRPORT: -Upon arrival at Leh/ Srinagar  Airport please collect your luggage and leave the Airport terminal outside Kai rep will be waiting to welcome you and provide departure transfer to your respective accommodation.

BOOKING & PAYMENTS: - The tour offer does not confirm hotel bookings or any other arrangements, when the offer is accepted and confirmed from your end, we shall start making the necessary arrangements. In the event the hotels that are included in the quotation do not confirm space, the quotation is subject to change based on new hotel/s.Minimum 25% of the tour cost is to be remitted in our account before we start making any ground arrangements for the respective tour, balance amount payment to be made in full and final prior to you departure to respective destination all payments to be made in Kai Travels office New Delhi, We need names as in your passports or pan card or any other Legal Id Proof along with mentioned details the date of birth, permanent home/ office address, e-mail ID. Telephone of home /office & Mobile number which is mandatory for hotel/airlines/ train bookings in India.

VEHICLES: -The vehicle will be only with you’re during respective programme as per above detail itinerary. In case one wishes to use the vehicle for extra hours or kms will have to pay directly  in respective city Half day is 4 hours 40 Kms & full day 8 hours 80 kms  for the vehicle all the sightseeing’s are within respective mileage & timings incase one wishes to have the vehicle for extra hours or kilometers will have to pay directly.Please note there are fixed timings to cross Army Check Point (TCP) while driving to Pangongtso /Khardungla/ Nubra / Tsemorari. Nubra. Hence, please abide by the timings as per the local information in Leh instead of depending on the other travellers. Kai representative will inform you accordingly about the latest timings of TCP. No refunds are made incase pax do not utilize meals, sightseeing or any other service as per our tour programme contract Please note KAI has right to change or cancel sightseeing due to any natural or political reason as the safety of our clients is of utmost importance to us. There are no swimming pools in Ladakh & Kashmir in any hotel,All Hotels in Kargil, Ladakh are basic.
There is a fixed time for meals & hot water in the hotel as per the following timing: -

Hot water one gets twice a day Morning 0600-0900-Evening 1900-2000
Please note the food served in Leh will be Indian or Chinese.

ELECTRICITY: - Leh town is supplied electricity by the government run generator hence the electricity is between 1900- 2300, once a week electricity is cut in every area of Leh town except army areas. Beside that, every hotel has its own generator for the evenings only but does not run whole night.

CANCELLATION POLICIES: -Cancellation policy comes into immediate effect immediately once the Traveller/ Agent/ Organizer India OR Abroad has confirmed the tour to us via e-mail or fax No refunds are made incase pax do not utilize meals, sightseeing or any other service as per our tour programme contract Please note KAI has right to change or cancel sightseeing due to any natural or political reason as the safety of our clients is of utmost importance to us.
