DAY 01 INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT - DELHI
Upon arrival in Delhi International airport Kai representative will welcome, assist and provide transfer from International to Domestic airport for your onward flight to Leh. Upon arrival Kai representative will assist at the airport & transfer to the respective hotel. Rest of the day at leisure for acclimatization. Overnight at hotel.

DAY 02 LEH
After breakfast visit Stok palace, SOS children’s’ village and return to Leh city for visit of, Leh Palace after visit walk to your respective hotel. Afternoon visit Spituk, Phyang Monasteries & Shanti Stupa, after visiting return to hotel for overnight.

DAY 03 LEH
After breakfast full day tour of famous Shey, Thiksey & Hemis monasteries after visit return to Leh rest of the day at leisure meals and overnight in hotel.

DAY 04 LEH - ULETOKPO VIA ALCHI 110 KMS

After breakfast, depart for Uletokpo camp enroute visiting Likir & Alchi monastery. After visit continue drive to Uletokpo. Upon arrival in late afternoon check into fixed tented camps for overnight.

DAY 05 ULETOKPO - LEH VIA LAMAYURU 105 KMS

After breakfast depart for sightseeing of Lamayuru Monastery most beautifully situated a paradise for photographers after visiting return to Leh incase interested 20 kms short of Leh stop for a visit to a Sikh Temple know as Gurdwara Pith sahib  it is said Guru Nanak the founder of the religion sat here to rest. Upon arrival in Leh check into the respective hotel for overnight.

DAY 06 LEH – NUBRA VIA KHARDUNGLA (5995 MTS)

After early breakfast, drive to Nubra Valley which lies on trade / caravan route to Yarkhand & Kashgar driving over world highest motor able pass approximate 5987 meters or 18000 feet above the sea level. Upon arrival in Nubra drive to depart for sightseeing of Hunder & Diskit monasteries Diskit is the capital of Nubra Valley after visit drive to your fixed tented camps for meals and overnight.

DAY 07 NUBRA

After breakfast, depart for sightseeing tour of Samstanling monastery, Panamik hot sulphur springs & Ensey Monastery after visit return to camp for overnight.

DAY 08 NUBRA-LEH
After early breakfast, depart for Leh. Upon arrival approximately between 1200-1400 hrs, check into your respective hotel for meals & overnight. Afternoon at Leisure.

DAY 09 LEH - DELHI (FLIGHT)
Morning after breakfast, Kai representative will assist at the hotel and provide transfer to the airport to connect domestic flight to Delhi. Afternoon sightseeing of Hamayun Tomb, Qutab Minar, President House, Parliament Building and India Gate.Return to hotel for overnight.

Day 10  DELHI – AGRA  202 Kms. APPROX 4 Hrs

After breakfast drive by surface to Agra enroute visiting Sikandra. Upon arrival check into the respective hotel. Afternoon visit Taj Mahal & Agra Fort. After visit return to the respective hotel for overnight.(Note Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays)

Day 11  AGRA – JAIPUR 250 Kms. APPROX 5 Hrs
After breakfast drive to Jaipur enroute visiting Fatehpur Sikri. Upon arrival check-into the respective hotel for overnight.

Day 12  JAIPUR
After breakfast - full day city tour of Jaipur visiting Amber fort with elephant ride, City palace, Hawa Mahal (wind palace) Jantar Mantar (an open-air observatory), Birla temple and bazaar. Return to hotel in the evening for overnight.

Day 13  JAIPUR - DELHI 265 Kms. APPROX 6 Hrs
After breakfast in leisure drive to Delhi few rooms will be kept for wash and change at the hotel closer to International airport. Kai rep will provide departure transfer in time for your international flight to international airport. In case your flight is next morning the rooms will be duly provided with supplement cost.

Day 14  DELHI - BACK HOME

On international flight. (Additional cost for room from Day 13-14 incase required)Delhi-Leh-Delhi flights’ are subject to weather.

lights / train, government policies etc.
Please note in case of any increase in fuel charges or any extra tax levied by the
government will have to be borne by the client before the commencement of tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

FLIGHT Delhi-Leh-Delhi flights’ are subject to weather. Incase of cancellation of flight the airlines does not provide any accommodation this has to be borne by the client on direct payment basis, The airlines just refund the money for the air tickets in full.
Airport: -Upon arrival at Leh Airport please collect your luggage and leave the Airport terminal outside Kai rep will be waiting to welcome you and provide departure transfer to your respective accommodation.
BOOKING & PAYMENTS: - The tour offer does not confirm hotel bookings or any other arrangements, when the offer is accepted and confirmed from your end, we shall start making the necessary arrangements. In the event the hotels that are included in the quotation do not confirm space, the quotation is subject to change based on new hotel/s.Minimum 25% of the tour cost is to be remitted in our account before we start making any ground arrangements for the respective tour, balance amount payment to be made in full and final prior to you departure to respective destination all payments to be made in Kai Travels office New Delhi, We need names as in your passports or pan card or any other Legal Id Proof along with mentioned details the date of birth, permanent home/ office address, e-mail ID. Telephone of home /office & Mobile number which is mandatory  for hotel/airlines/ train  bookings in India.
VEHICLES: -The vehicle will be only with you’re during respective programme as per above detail itinerary. In case one wishes to use the vehicle for extra hours or kms will have to pay directly  in respective city Half day is 4 hours 40 Kms & full day 8 hours 80 kms  for the vehicle all the sightseeing’s are within respective mileage & timings incase one wishes to have the vehicle for extra hours or kilometers will have to pay directly.Please note there are fixed timings to cross Army Check Point (TCP) while driving to  Pangongtso /Khardungla/ Nubra / Tsemorari. Nubra. Hence, please abide by the timings as per the local information in Leh instead of depending on the other travellers. Kai representative will inform you accordingly about the latest timings of TCP. There are no swimming pools in Ladakh in any hotel; All the Hotels in Ladakh are basic.
There is a fixed time for meals & hot water in the hotel as per the following timing:
BREAKFAST                 0600- 0930
LUNCH                         1300-1400
DINNER                        2000-2115
Hot water one gets twice a day Morning 0600-0900- Evening 1900-2000
Please note the food served in Leh will be Indian or Chinese.
ELECTRICITY: - Leh town is supplied electricity by the government run generator hence the electricity is between 1900- 2300, once a week electricity is cut in every area of Leh town except army areas. Beside that, every hotel has its own generator for the evenings only but does not run whole night.
AGRA: - Please note no mobiles, video/ movie camera, matchbox, lighter, cigarettes, alcohol or any eatables are allowed inside Taj area they have to be left in our respective vehicle or at the safe deposit box on the entrance of Taj main gate.
CANCELLATION POLICIES: -Cancellation policy comes into immediate effect immediately once the Traveller/ Agent/ Organizer India OR Abroad has confirmed the tour to us via e-mail or fax.
